Clint helped me and my brother sell our mom's house. Our mother made an emergency transition to an assisted living facility. Clint helped negotiate the sale of our mom's home over several months and several potential buyers. No easy feat as my brother lives on the East Coast and I live in WA state. We had multiple conference calls crossing 3 time zones. Clint gave us good advice and his expert opinion. He went the extra mile helping us with contractors for house repairs. He checked on multiple factors involved in the contract negotiations. He was always pleasant, polite, accessible and available. He gave us regular updates on how the negotiations were progressing. We met Clint through a referral in 2015 on our first visit to Idaho looking for a home. Ironically, after Clint spent several days showing us more than a dozen homes that fit our criteria, we ended up buying the FIRST one he had shown us. (He claims he could tell that was the house we were going to buy.) Since then, we have done a significant number of investment real estate deals with Clint and have never considered talking to anyone else. He has represented us as both buyers and sellers.
