When my Mother asked me to help her sell her home in Boise when she decided to move into a retirement center, I was more than happy to do so. I flew to Boise, moved my mom on a Saturday, met with Clint on Monday, we had an offer on Tuesday, and the deal was done. Clint really did make things so easy by knowing his market, knowing what current investors or buyers are looking for, and advising us on the best listing price to secure the quick sale.
